Sling Fitness is my unique program I’ve developed after completing my Yoga Trapeze® Instructor certification. Sling Fitness will help burn calories, improve core strength and gain functional upper body strength. For dynamic, deep core strength, inverted/gravity-resistance training is a game changer We will focus on upper body strength and core using the Yoga Trapeze®. This is a 6 Week Course with required Prerequisite training. We will focus on fitness for everyone. Exercise routine once per week for an hour, includes pushing, pulling, holding, twists, backbends, forward bends, and hip openings. You can work your shoulders, core, relieve stress, enhance your fitness, all while weightless and using traction.
